Why no subscription?
Subscriptions rent you access to your own thinking. Every month the meter resets, and if you stop paying you lose the tool you depend on. That model is broken. Lucumo is yours. One payment, lifetime ownership. The only recurring cost is the intelligence itself, passed through at exactly what it costs us to run.
How does the token fee work?
Every licence includes a generous monthly token allowance, enough for regular use. Beyond that, tokens are billed at a transparent rate that covers the AI model, infrastructure, and a thin margin to keep the service running. We publish the breakdown on our pricing page. If AI costs drop, your rate drops. We have no incentive to keep it high.
What happens if AI costs change?
The token rate adjusts to reflect actual costs. If model providers reduce their prices, you pay less. If a newer, more capable model costs more, the increase is visible and proportional. We give at least 60 days’ notice before any rate change, and the breakdown is always public.
Will my token allowance last forever?
Yes. Your monthly token allowance is included for the life of your licence. The allowance covers regular use. If you exceed it, the overage is billed at cost, the same transparent rate published on our pricing page.
Who can read my chats?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per user, and accessible only through your authenticated account. Lucumo employees do not access customer content except where required for support with your consent, or to comply with law.
Is my data used for training?
No. Your data is not used to train any AI model. Lucumo does not train models on your data, and our AI provider’s API terms prohibit using API inputs and outputs for model training. Your conversations stay yours.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. You can export a complete copy of your data as JSON from your profile page at any time. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data (conversations, tasks, notes, customer signal, and profile information) from the same page. All sensitive actions are recorded in your activity log.
How does task tracking work?
Tasks can be created manually or from chat. They retain source metadata, status, due date, priority, and activity history.
How does signal analysis work?
Capture what you're hearing from customers, then extract recurring patterns and generate founder-facing insight reports, manually or on a schedule.
