Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. Please read these terms before using the site, enquiry chat, or shared report links.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Lucumo.ai, the public AI Systems Consulting enquiry chat, shared board-report links, and any hidden operator or workspace access we provide.
Lucumo.ai is a public front door for AI Systems Consulting. It is a consulting enquiry site, not an account-based software subscription or an offer to provide consulting work on fixed published terms.
Paid consulting work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement. If those project documents conflict with these terms, the project documents control for that paid work.
2. Public site and enquiry use
You may use the site to understand Lucumo's consulting offer and submit a qualified enquiry about practical AI workflows, internal tools, customer-facing software, and decision-support systems.
Please provide accurate information and only submit business information you are authorised to share. Do not include special category personal data, payment card details, passwords, or information that another person has asked you to keep outside this kind of enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that Lucumo will accept the work, respond within a particular timeframe, or provide a quote. No consulting engagement starts until both sides agree the scope and commercial terms in writing.
3. AI enquiry assistant
The enquiry assistant helps you explain your situation and prepare a brief for human review. It may ask practical questions, summarise what you have said, and help turn the conversation into an editable enquiry.
AI outputs can be incomplete or mistaken. You must review the prepared brief before submission and decide what you want Lucumo to receive.
The enquiry assistant does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, procurement, or other professional advice. It also does not quote prices, bind Lucumo to deliver work, or replace human scoping.
4. Your content and project IP
You keep ownership of the business information you submit through the site and the enquiry brief prepared from it, to the extent the law allows.
You grant Lucumo permission to store, process, and use submitted information so we can operate the site, respond to your enquiry, protect the service from abuse, keep appropriate records, and prepare any follow-up scoping conversation.
Ownership of paid consulting deliverables, project materials, usage rights, source code, documentation, background IP, and reusable Lucumo methods will be handled in the signed proposal or statement of work. Unless that document says otherwise, Lucumo keeps its pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, and general methods.
5. Confidentiality
Lucumo treats enquiry content and shared board-report content as confidential business information.
We may disclose that information to our personnel and service providers where needed to operate the site, review an enquiry, maintain security, deliver agreed services, or comply with law.
You should not use the public enquiry chat for information that needs a separate non-disclosure agreement before it can be reviewed. If a project needs stricter confidentiality terms, those terms should be agreed in the proposal or statement of work.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Lucumo.ai to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, upload malicious code, overload the service, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with other people's access.
You must not try to extract hidden instructions, secrets, credentials, source code, or private business data from the enquiry assistant or any operator area.
Lucumo may block, rate limit, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service is being abused.
7. Shared board reports and operator access
Shared board-report links are intended only for the people authorised by the report owner. If a passcode is required, do not share it outside the intended recipient group.
Lucumo may expire, revoke, or protect shared report links, and may log access attempts for security and audit purposes.
The hidden sign-in route is for existing operators and workspaces only. Public enquiries start on the homepage, and new public accounts are not offered through Lucumo.ai.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will remain available.
We may update, withdraw, or redirect public pages as the business offer changes, while keeping legal and privacy information available from the public site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current public version.
9. Liability
The public site and enquiry assistant are provided for business enquiry and information purposes. They do not guarantee a specific business outcome or the suitability of AI for a particular project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucumo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public site, enquiry assistant, or shared report links.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law gives you a different right.
